#1 - ONE DALTON
When finished One Dalton will be the third tallest building in Boston at 61 stories high. It will be home to both the Four Seasons Hotel and 160 Four Seasons Private Residences. Designed by Harry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the property will be an architectural wonder added to the city skyline. What will the residences be like? Think contemporary, sophisticated, and with incredible attention to detail. One Dalton claims that the 2-story Penthouse units will be "the finest residences ever in Boston" - from what we see there is no argument here. Construction is scheduled to be complete sometime in Quarter 4 of 2018.
#2 - PIER 4
"The Homes at Pier 4" have recently begun pre-construction sales and the 106-unit project is expected to be complete in fall of 2018. Located on the former Anthony's Pier 4 restaurant site the project juts out into the Boston Harbor with what will surely be stunning water and city views. In addition to the drool-inducing renderings that are going around and the top-notch amenities such as private chef services, in-home botanical care, and golf simulator room, the building will feature a Dog Spa and onsite washing room for your pet. Waterfront land is growing scarce in Boston. Is this your opportunity to own a landmark residence?
#3 - 10 FARNSWORTH
This is the only boutique project to make our list. Located in the ever-bustling, always growing, super hip, Fort Point neighborhood, the 9-unit complex is a stunning addition to the landscape. At least 3 units have already been put under contract and entry price appears to be in the high $2million range at the current time. Each unit will have 2,000+ square feet of living space and 3 bedrooms. The Penthouse, with over 4,000 square feet of living space and a 1,300 square foot rooftop garden, appears poised to be a truly prized property.
#4 - PIERCE BOSTON
Talk about a building that is changing the skyline of a neighborhood. Pierce Boston is redefining The Fenway skyline and will become a landmark entry point to the city. Amenities abound in the complex - did someone say Sky Cabana and Rooftop Pool? Instead of turning the top floor into another residence, Pierce Boston's developers used the space to create jaw-dropping common space with spectacular views. The 109-unit complex is rumored to be over 60% sold and scheduled to open by Spring of 2018.
